L&#8217;esdeveniment tindr\u00e0 lloc el 9 de mar\u00e7 de 2020 a la Seu Vella de Lleida, d&#8217;11 a 15h aprox.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest esdeveniment t\u00e9 un objectiu ben clar i marcat:&nbsp;<strong>trobar el millor mestre&nbsp;<em>\u00abparrillero\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;de tot el pais<\/strong>, amb la participaci\u00f3 dels restaurants m\u00e9s representatius i especialitzats en brases de tot l&#8217;estat. Se celebren diferents campionats zonals per les diferents comunitats aut\u00f2nomes amb un guanyador en cadascuna d&#8217;elles. Els&nbsp;<strong>15 finalistes<\/strong>, es trobar\u00e0n a la Gran Final, que tindr\u00e0 lloc durant la propera edici\u00f3 del Sal\u00f3n Gourmets, a Madrid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tots els participants utilitzaran la mateixa graella, carb\u00f3 i vaixella per a l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de la carn, on un jurat<strong>&nbsp;valorar\u00e0 de forma cega<\/strong>&nbsp;cada preparaci\u00f3 segons la seva presentaci\u00f3, punt de cocci\u00f3 de la carn, sabor i el punt de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es tracta d&#8217;un&nbsp;<strong>esdeveniment obert exclusivament als nostres clients<\/strong>&nbsp;i&nbsp;volem convidar-vos a tots i totes, ja que som els distribu\u00efdors oficials de la carn d&#8217;Okelan a Lleida i Tarragona i estarem presents a l&#8217;esdeveniment per acompanyar a tots\/es els participants.
